Display teams
Besides the Red Arrows, Royal Jordanian Falcons and Patrulla Aguila, two teams from the Middle East visited. It was the first time the United Arab Emirates (UAE) was present with Fursan El Emarate, operating the Italian build MB-339 light trainer. Saudi Arabia brough there display team the Saudi Hawks, operating the Hawk Mk65 trainer.

The other theme this year, next to the 100 years Italian Air Force, was about sky tankers. Several tankers were seen at the static and displayed refueling capabilities during the show, like the MC-130J, Voyager (A-330 MMRT) and A400M.
