Marrakech Air Show 2012

AviaMagazine's correspondent Frits Jongerman visited the 2012 Aero Expo also known as the Marrakech Air Show in Morocco. The base was visited from 5 till 7 April 2012. The Moroccan Air Force still flies with fighters not seen with many air forces anymore, like the Mirage F1 and the F-5. To upgrade this aging feed, the F-16 block 52 is introduced to the fleet. Both the older types and the new F-16s were present during the show and flew as well.
